Senior Management

Rick has been building teams for the past thirty years in technology management, computing services, relational database design, Quality Assurance, applications and web development. As CEO of The WaveWatch Group, Rick has assembled a development team of top medical information technologists to build the ECG platform. Rick holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Iowa. This firm is Rick’s fourth startup.

Paul has been a practicing, board certified Emergency Physician for the past twenty‐five years, including time spent as Director of Emergency Services at regional hospitals in North Carolina. His experience with ECGs, and the frustration over quality, timely overreads, lead to the founding of The WaveWatch Group. Paul is a practicing physician in good standing, and holds MD, MPH, and MS degrees from Tulane University. Paul is also a Special Sections Editor of The Journal of Electrocardiology.

Jeremy has spent his career developing enterprise, healthcare applications. His experience ranges from design and development of safety critical applications to systems integration to technical management at a major medical institution. He believes in using technology as an enabler for providing better patient care: the goal is a better outcome, not technology for technology's sake. Jeremy holds a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering.

Jeff brings over twenty years of marketing and brand strategy consulting experience to The WaveWatch Group. His background includes brand and corporate name creation, technology and life science product launch strategy, and public relations. Jeff has worked in pharmaceutical, technology, biotechnology, and medical device branding. Jeff holds a B.S. in Marketing from The University of North Carolina (Charlotte) and is a member of The American MENSA Association.

State laws regulate the practice of medicine, so The WaveWatch Group has a network of cardiologists in each state we serve. We manage, train, and employ only licensed, practicing cardiologists and electrocardiologists in good standing. Our team covers every time zone in the United States.
